Seven Principles of Team Building
In my years of experience working on a challenge, of course, I saw a lot of different theories, ideas and thoughts on how to run a group for a challenge, of course. Some are very complicated, some easy and some ride through the middle. The only thing I have found that the most effective of the seven principles of a challenge, of course. Communication, trust, teamwork, leadership, self-esteem, problem solving and decision-making of the seven principles. These are the main areas that need to improve a team or work with a well-rounded and successful team.
Communication
I recommend learning a real critical listening and conversation skills is important for each group tries to achieve difficult tasks.
This is the foundation of everything. If you have bad or no communication, then the group and does not crumble or fight through everything presented to them. Not only will you be a person working on the verbal communication skills, but also non-verbal.
Teamwork
Teamwork is the key that will allow the group to meet the challenge successfully. Experience makes it clear that each individual can accomplish more as a team, not as lonely.
‘Many hands, light work that the’ self-evident and effective when talking about teamwork. Another analogy I like to use one hour. Trust

Trust must be established by a group that’s a little early, but quickly turn into a bit much, as long as there is some basis to begin. It was also found that a person can find very easy to trust in another person before they trust themselves.
Leadership
Leadership of and assumed, of course, and may be expressed in many ways. Team members try to solve the problems of the challenge, of course, a lot of opportunities to develop and exercise leadership skills.

Problem Solving
Also known as brain storming time. Courses challenge groups and individuals need to develop solutions to interesting problems. The participants in the test solutions and then evaluate the results.
Courses challenge requires teams to make decisions in the developing one or more solutions to the problem, taking into account available resources and evaluation of alternatives and the expected results.
The problem-solving and decision-making go hand and hand. Each person in the group go through life, and thus a different view of how to achieve a different task, which means that there is so many different ways to complete the task, because there are some. What the team needs to make a ruling, which the best ideas to solve the problem. One thing to note, that I noticed in my years running teams in the challenge, of course, the quietest person in the group sees a part of, the easiest way to do things. It is important to hear all ideas. Sometimes it takes a good driver that everyone gets the idea out of them.
Self-esteem
Meeting the challenges of the event allows individuals and groups develop self-esteem and encourage them to adopt challenging, achievable goals.
Self-esteem of the most fragile of the seven principles of change during the day and team building. This is more difficult to build self-esteem of the individual, then this group, but to the group that the greatest potential of all people should be working to maximum capacity there, and if you do not believe in themselves, then eventually the whole group suffering.
There are those who say there are things missing. There is nothing that says that, in principle, it could absorb the week. Consider the seven criteria listed above is based on a great team, everything else is extra. A specific example I can think of many people wonder why you’re not on my list.
